We’re keeping it simple. We invite each one of you to contribute at least one idea for process improvement or automation within your work domain. Your unique insights and experiences are key to unlocking groundbreaking automation solutions.
Introducing the “Innovative Ideas and Automation Requirements” form, designed to streamline the idea-sharing process. It takes just 10-15 minutes to complete. Do not worry about feasibility or presenting a complete solution – all great journeys start with a single idea!

Your inputs will be the foundation of our Digital PMO Automation Asset library with Ready-to-use or Plug-Play Assets & Dashboards. These assets will be invaluable tools across various projects, making our work smarter and more efficient.

Here’s the snippets about the Progress of our Initiative: Huge round of applause to the PMTS & EF team who have generated together a total of 6 Innovative Ideas. And a couple of them have already moved into the project planning phase. This is a testament to the incredible talent and creativity within our team.

In order to make your mark as part of the KRA’s, and based on the expectations from our Leadership, We’re pleased to inform that we are extending the Idea/Solution submission deadline until 30th December, 2023, giving you more time to participate and make your contribution.
🔧 The Anything and Everything: How You Can Help Us Build the Digital PMO Asset & Knowledge Library 🔧
As a reminder, our Key Result Area (KRA) emphasizes that each Team Member should (MANDATORY):
1️⃣ Submit an IDEA that can be converted into an Automation Asset
2️⃣ Share an End-to-End Process Improvement for any of the Project Phases (Should include Complete Solution of Inputs, Tools, Outputs)
3️⃣ Anything that you feel should be part of our Digital PMO Knowledge Repository (E.g. White Paper etc.)
