Some Food for Thought

Happy Reading!

  1. Your mind is what you feed. Feed it with Love , Joy & Peace
  2. Don’t think too much. Don’t kill yourself with thoughts.
  3. Control the negative thoughts…. Relax & take deep breathe
  4. Take long breathe, rather than a shorter breathe of 3-4 sec.
  5. When there is obligation involved in any relationship – Think differently ; Don’t be always defensive ; Learn to be offensive.

Defensive vs Offensive
  • Defensive can mean “anxiously challenging” of all criticism. Constantly justifying their actions or words.
  • Offensive can mean not just attacking someone or something, but belching, insulting people, or otherwise not respecting common standards of behavior

Study -> Experiment -> Implement
  1. Apply the knowledge gained. Be creative.
  2. Study -> Relax -> Recall -> Implement
  3. When you do things in relaxed mind, you don’t get blank out. The output is much better.
  4. Don’t be wired with negative thoughts..

Love, Joy & Peace
  • Live in Love – You have become love and have no need for anyone to love you!
  • Live in Peace – Make peace with the past people & action…
  • Live in Joy – Show gratitude & be excited

Miracles of Life usually taken for granted
  • The utmost three important miracles of life is
    • Birth of the child
    • The way child grows. We don’t need to train the child. Just give them love, support & care.
    • Unpredictable Death of Human Being

Eustress vs Distress
  • Eustress is a term for positive stress & Distress, which refers to negative stress.
  • Always be in Alpha mode (Relaxed)….Not in Beta mode (Blank Out)

If GOD is with US, who can be against US
  • Feel God…Forgive God
  • Feel like Cocoon with God’s love…He will protect us..
  • Those who leave everything in God’s hand will eventually see God’s hand in everything.

Social Characteristics
  1. Being Conscious – Even a CEO can be mediocre
  2. Reasoning – Think in logical and sensible way
  3. Imagination – Relaxed mode, thinking nothing
  4. Mindfulness – Control your emotions & reactions
  5. Choice – I will ; I Can
  6. Be in reality – No day dreaming
  7. Soul – Take decisions based on your inner conscience
